Dr. Graham Elliott, is a British-born author, composer, and church musician. He has served as a cathedral organist, festival director, music college professor, and cultural leader on both sides of the Atlantic. His work champions the role of the arts in spiritual life and community enrichment.

He came to the USA in 2000 to be Director of Music at Washington’s oldest and only colonial church, where he steered the development of an annual multicultural arts festival and regular outreach program. He returned to Great Britain for six years as Executive Director of an arts outreach initiative, part of The Prince of Wales’s ‘North Highland Initiative’ in Scotland, returning to the USA in 2014 to be Executive Director of the American Youth Philharmonic Orchestras for a period of ten years.

Dr. Elliott holds a PhD and MA from the University of Wales, and a BMus (Hons) from the University of London. He holds fellowships from several leading music institutions and holds dual citizenship in the United States and the United Kingdom.
